Donation information: when you donate, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive your name, contact details, and donation amount, but we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Automatic information: like most websites, we collect basic device and usage data (browser type, pages visited, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to your messages and requests, process donations, and send tax receipts.

To send program updates and newsletters, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We manage our mailing list in our own database (Airtable) and send email through EmailOctopus. When you subscribe, your email address and any details you provide are stored with those providers under their privacy and data-processing terms. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.

We use cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as expected.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email platform), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our community. We never sell your personal information.

You can unsubscribe from emails, ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your information. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our programs serve students, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Student information gathered through school programs is handled under our agreements with partner schools and districts.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
